4.3 Clearing jams

When a jam occurs, the paper path must

be cleared. To do this, first remove all the

documents from the exit pocket and then

free the track pressing Eject in your application.

In case of unsuccessfully operation, apply

the following suggestions:

Extract the jammed document simply by

pulling it out with your fingers (see Fig.5).

In case this operation fails, lift the inner

cover at the point indicated by the stripped

surface as shown in Fig.6.
